Oh my, there were so many romatic opportunities this holiday season for proposals, although I've been happily married for almost 5 years I still find myself coming up with sweet proposal ideas! I'm so excited for everyone who got engaged and those of you who have weddings in 2012! What an exciting year for you all! To keep our fuzzy feelings going this year I'd thought I'd share an amazing, romantic proposal that happened this New Years Eve!
With a little help from his family, Michael was able to take his sweet girlfriend Sara on a romantic walk and end up here, at Duncan gardens, surrounded by candles. What a treat to see photos from the actual engagement... goosebumps anyone!?!
Some real, some LED, these candles set quite the scene for one of the most romatic proposals I've seen!
EEEE! I can't look at this photo without smiling! Their love is contageous even through photos!
A photo from one of the happiest moments of their lives, and we get to see it! Ahhh... Amore'
A suprise engagment party after the proposal included sparklers galore. What an amazing and memorable New Years Eve they shared!
In true 'Knight-in-shining-armor' fashion, Michael carved their initals in this tree. I'm thinking this tree will be one they visit for many years to come!
Michael Wittwer and Sara Johnson are one of the happiest couples I've ever met and I am so excited for both of them! Thank you both for letting us share your incredibly romantic story!
Stay-tuned for a feature on Michael and Sara's Engagment shoot by his very beautiful, very talented sister Amy Franklin!
Sighs of Love,
E-mail me your engagement, or wedding story! I'd love to hear from you!
